America’s Mock Election Information Sheet

• What is America’s Mock Election?

America’s Mock Election is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization that produces an Election Night type of program, as a form of educational programming (not as “official results”) for civics programs meant for middle- and high-school level youth.  The process is simple, America’s Mock Election, along with our educational partners, work within school systems, provide easy-to-use curriculum for teachers and parents, urging students to learn about national, state, and local candidates for elections, and then “vote”…all with the goal of sending them out into the world equipped to formulate and make decisions about voting and participating in the process into adulthood.

Through American Civic Education Initiative, we plan to place the ACE App and ACE kiosks in the hands of students, where they are, to continue the efforts we begin in the classrooms.  This interactive, educational tool allows us to drill down much deeper into politics history, offer fun quizzes and games within the app, offer scholarships to promote the app, and give time-stressed teachers an additional tool for teaching and promoting political involvement in the schools.

As a 501(c)(3), America’s Mock Election is funded through donations and sponsorships.  Please consider donating today:

• Project timetable.

The most current project is the promotion and execution of the 2024 America’s Mock Election, to be up on our YouTube Channel by November 3, 2024

We will also be in the planning stages for our next steps in civics education, through improving our social media presence, providing student-led Washington Report Cards (100 days in office), continued improvement of the American Civic Education Initiative, intermediate offerings to civics teachers of educational assistance tools, and working with our partners to heighten civics educations in the U.S., in general.
